At Lafano Designs, we offer free shipping for all orders over $250. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days; some orders may take longer as some items are handmade once order is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-7 business days. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us. Lafano Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Lafano Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
