Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Lafano Designs, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to any original form of payment. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing details, materials, and photos carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been processed for shipping, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please email info@shoplafano.com as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is received within the allowed timeframe: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@shoplafano.com Use the subject line: “Damaged Items – Order #XXXX” Include: clear photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number

Important:

Claims submitted after 3 business days will not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original condition.

If approved:

The item must be returned to Lafano Designs. Once received and inspected, we will offer: A replacement, or a store credit if the item is out of stock.

No refunds to the original payment method will be issued for damaged items.


Return Shipping (for Approved Damage Claims Only)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a store credit is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lafano Designs is not responsible for lost return packages.


Product Care Responsibility

Our jewelry is delicate and handmade. Proper care is essential. Customers are responsible for maintaining and handling their pieces with care. We do not offer replacements, repairs, or credits for: Normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to improper care and/or damage caused by misuse, water, chemicals, or impact

Care instructions are provided to help extend the life of your jewelry.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Lafano Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lafano Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
